There may be situations where you need to block or mute a viewer because of distracting or offensive comments.
Step 1: Begin by locating the viewer’s comment that you wish to address.
Step 2: Click on the viewer’s username to access their profile.
Step 3: Once you are on their profile, look for the three-dot menu icon, which is typically located at the top right corner of the profile.
Step 4: Click on the three-dot menu to reveal a dropdown of options. You will see choices to either Block or Mute the viewer.
- To Block: Select the Block option. You will be prompted to confirm your choice. Confirming this action will block the user from interacting with your content.
- To Mute: Alternatively, select the Mute option. You will also be prompted to confirm your choice. Confirming this action will mute the user, preventing their comments from appearing in your feed.
Step 5: Once you have made your selection and confirmed it, the user will be blocked or muted according to your choice.
