- In the mobile app, click on your profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click on the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner.
- From the Store Settings menu, click on “Open Your Seller Dashboard” (the 8th option)
- Select the arrow at the top left of the screen to show the Seller Dashboard Navigation tab.
- Select Marketing and Promo Codes
- To Create a Promo Code you must fill out each required field.
- Info
- The Code – 6 characters made up of letters and numbers. This must be unique. You cannot use the same code again.
- Name – what viewers will see
- Description – share details about the promo code.
- Details
- Your promo code can be created as a discount amount or a discount percentage
- If you choose discount amount, enter the amount your customer will receive
- What is the minimum purchase amount that this discount can be applied to
- How many of these codes would you like to have available (1 to unlimited)
- If you choose, discount percentage, enter the percentage your customer will receive off.
- Should the percentage off apply to just one order or all of their orders in their open box?
- Choose the discount percentage
- You can select a maximum discount amount
- How many of these codes would you like to have available (1 to unlimited)
- Dates
- Choose the start and end dates from the calendar drop down.
- Visibility
- Visible means that everyone can see the promo code in your promo code bin
- Not Visible means a customer will have to enter the promo code for the code to be made available for redemption.
- Targeting
- All – everyone can see the promo code
- Followers only – Only followers will be able to redeem this promo code
- New Customers Only – Can only be redeemed by new users who have never purchased from your store.
- Give to Individual Users – Select this to create a promo code that you plan to assign to individual customers of your choosing.

Note: Promo Codes can be redeemed only once per customer. Once redeemed promo codes will automatically apply to the next eligible purchase.
