- In the mobile app, click on your profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click on the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner.
- From the Store Settings menu, click on “Open Your Seller Dashboard” (the 8th option)
- Select the arrow at the top left of the screen to show the Seller Dashboard Navigation tab.
- Select Marketing and Badges
- Select “+ Create” to start creating a badge
- Enter the Badge Name
- A brief description on why the customer is receiving the badge.
- And add the quantity (1 to unlimited)
- Select Next
- Then you will need to click the upload button to add an image
- A PNG file with a transparent background is required.
- 1:1 Ratio
- 600px X 600px
- Make sure the badge width and height is larger than 460px or the badge will be too small.
- Select Next
- Your photo will upload on the screen.
- Make sure your badge is not smaller than the green box, check the box
- Make sure the badge is transparent (you should see the squares in the image that represent a transparent background). Check the box.
- Select Next
- Review the badge and select Submit.
- You will receive a notification that says, “Once your badge is submitted it cannot be edited. Are you sure you are ready to submit?”
- If you are not ready and want to make a change select the back button.
- If you are ready, select “Confirm”.
- You will see a Success screen if everything was submitted properly.
- You will see a pending status until your badge is approved.
- The Popshoplive team will review the badge and get it approved within 24 hours.
- Once approved you can start sharing your badge with your audience.
