Learn how to create a Shoppable Video Clip, i.e a Popclip showcasing your products on the Popshoplive home feed – Super easily.
- First go to your Pop shop live profile
- Then scroll down to the product you want to promote
- Tap on the image to enlarge it and then use the export icon on the top right corner, to save it on your phone
- Do the same for a few more images that you like. You will be using them to create s
- Now head over to the Instagram App. Then, start creating a new Reel using the Reel Editor
- Select all the images you had saved from the item, into the reel content
- Now it’s time to add audio. But remember, If you use any of the music provided by Instagram, you won’t be able to download the edited video with music. So we will be adding our own music or voiceover, using the voiceover feature in the Instagram Reel Editor
- Now that we have the slideshow video edited, with music, download the video from the editor interface by clicking the download icon on the top of the video. You will see this in the reel editor, when the video is in full screen mode.
- Now go to your Pop Shop Live Mobile Admin Screen and Click on the ‘Add a Clip’ button
- Enter the Clip Title and Clip Text. It’s good to add hash tags into the Clip Text area.
- Click Next to go to the Item Tagging Interface. Scroll down to find the item you want to tag on the Pop Clip Video.
- Select the item to add it to the video. Now an overlay button for this product will be floating on top of the video.
- Click Next
- Now you can upload the video that we saved from the I G reel editor
- Click ‘Choose’ and wait for the video to upload and process
- Once it is done processing, it will show up in your ‘Clips’ section under ‘Featured Products’
- Click on the new Clip to see it in Action. That’s it, you now have a Popclip promoting the Item. This video will now be showing up on the Feed and Discovery tabs of Pop Shop Live
