Fulfillment Suite | Where sellers handle order fulfillment. Create your open box policy, customize your shipping costs, edit and adjust your package templates. |
Giveaway | A free product or gift that a seller offers as an incentive in a live show. |
Greenroom | The step in the go-live process where a seller can get ready for their show by reviewing how their show will look to their audience. |

Hashtag | A word used to tag and describe a store so viewers can search and find them. Sellers can add hashtags on their Store Info page. |
Headliner | A seller who is featured in a live show or a preview video. |
Inventory | The products or product listings a seller has in their store. These are the products they sell to their customers. |
In-App Notifications | A message users receive within the Popshoplive app that alerts them to new features, trending store or show activity, promotions, and updates intended to elevate their platform use. |
Invite Code | The code sent to a user’s mobile device that they can use to log in to the Popshoplive app. |
Liking Bolt | An image the audience can tap repeatedly to show support or express interest or excitement during a show. |
Million Dollar Seller | A term to describe a store or seller who has reached $1 million in sales on Popshop Live. |

Open Box | A seller can offer their shoppers the ability to pay shipping once in a time frame that the seller customizes. Any additional items a shopper purchases in that time frame will be added to the “box,” but shoppers will only be charged shipping once. |
Payout | A payment a seller receives from Popshoplive for products that were sold through the app. |
Popclip | A Short Shoppable Video that customers can purchase a product from. |
Popshoplive | The official brand and platform name. |
Preview Video | A short video or trailer created by a seller to encourage viewers to watch an upcoming live show. |
Product Listing | An item or product a seller has uploaded into their store’s inventory. |
Profile | A screen on the Popshoplive app (or page on the web or desktop experience) that summarizes information about an individual user or store. |
Promo Code | A code provided to a customer from a seller that allows the customer to receive a discount or promotional offer during a live show. This can also be tracked for sales information. |
PSL | An acronym for Popshoplive used in cases where a more informal tone is appropriate. |
PSL Managed Shipping | A seller can choose to purchase, print, and use labels available within Popshoplive to fulfill and ship their orders. |
Popshoplive Sourced Catalog | The Popshoplive Sourced Catalog is a retail method where the seller does not warehouse or store any inventory. Instead, they showcase and sell products from a third-party wholesaler who then ships ordered products directly to customers. |
Push Notifications | A message Popshoplive app users receive that alerts them to live shows or announces store updates, events, new features, and other news of interest. Tapping a push notification will launch the Popshoplive app. |
Schedule a Show | A function on the Popshoplive app that allows sellers to schedule or set up an upcoming live show and create a preview/teaser video. |
Seller | An individual who sells products and maintains a store on Popshoplive. |
Seller Dashboard | A seller tool for easy inventory and show management, including order fulfillment (for Businesses). It provides a simultaneous live stream and inventory view, and a detailed show wrap-up view. |
Seller Managed Shipping | A seller can choose to purchase, print, and use labels from a third-party provider outside of Popshoplive to ship orders. |
Seller Resource Center | A repository of help documentation and videos to support your Popshoplive experience. |
Show | A live-streamed shopping experience hosted by a seller on Popshoplive to sell products to customers in an entertaining way. |
Show Link | The tapable app link (or clickable web link) that takes a user to the live stream for a show on Popshoplive. |
Show Catalog | The products a seller has chosen to feature and sell during a live show. Sellers select products from their inventory. |

Store | A seller’s brand or business represented on Popshoplive for the purposes of selling products. |
Storefront | A showcase of 10 or more products selected by each seller and displayed in their storefront. They are available for customers to shop whenever they like, even when the store is not live. |
Store Reel | A short video introduction about a store and what they sell. This reel will play on a loop on a store’s profile when the store does not have a scheduled or live show. |
Store URL | The web address or destination for a store on Popshoplive. |
Tune In | A Popshoplive-specific term or vernacular we use to encourage users to watch a show. |
Watchlist | A schedule of shows that users plan to watch on Popshoplive. Users can add shows to their Watchlist by tapping the + sign on any store’s Preview Video. They will be notified via a push notification when a Watchlist show goes live. |
Web | The Popshoplive experience on desktop at Popshop.live. |
