Welcome to Popshoplive and pop.store!
Popshoplive and Pop.Store (the “Sites”) empower a community of creators, sellers, and buyers with various interests and diverse backgrounds on our platform. Our mission is to allow creators and sellers to share their content and creativity with their buyers and fans. It is important that we continue to cultivate a safe and welcoming platform. For this, we will need your help!

People come to the Sites to have fun and see dynamic content. Let’s keep it light-hearted and assume the best in others.
Spread Love
Support each other and lift each other up. Sellers and Creators are sharing content with their community and/or selling unique products. This requires authenticity and vulnerability. Likewise, our members make our community valuable and rewarding when they can authentically engage in the chat and know that the Sites are a safe space for all. We ask that you support each other across all parts of the Sites.
Keep it Safe
Visitors to the Sites should be treated with dignity and respect and should be free from harmful or illegal content and actions.
Keep it Real
All content and goods should be authentic and real, meaning that you have the rights to sell the digital content and physical goods that you sell or present and that they should be as described
Keep each other accountable
The Sites have tools to empower the community to monitor and moderate shows and content on our platform. These tools will allow anyone to report any activity that violates our Community Guidelines. Today, we rely on our audience and some of our team to be the active monitors during Popshoplive shows. If there is a community member or seller that you don’t believe is following our community guidelines, please report the transgression and any evidence to [email protected]
What Our Sites are For
Creative, entertaining, and inspiring content
Our goal is to provide a platform for sellers to create entertaining content inspired by creativity. The features we build, the culture we’ve created, and the things we do daily are in service of this.
Curious customers
Our community continues to grow weekly with new and curious shoppers interested in what live-streaming selling is all about. Part of their journey is to meet the curators, subject-matter experts, makers, and community-builders. They want to know the story behind the products and support the businesses.
Sellers and Creators who care
Our sellers and creators are some of the most creative and caring individuals. They want to share their passion and genuinely connect with their customers.
Authentic and Unique Products
On our Sites, you can discover products that are hard to discover otherwise. List Items with integrity: all information associated with your Popshoplive listings should be accurate and honest.
Respectful Conversations and Engagement
It’s everyone’s responsibility to help ensure that the tone of a show — whether live or in the comments — stays positive and welcoming for all. Use our in-app features with respect. We do not condone excessive spamming of a show’s chat, phishing, use of autobots, or illegal tampering with show data.
What our Sites are NOT For
1. Pornography and Adult Content
- Explicit pornography and sexual content, including depictions of sexual acts, are prohibited.
- Example: Showing or simulating sexual intercourse in live streams or uploaded videos.
- Nudity, including in live streams, video content, and photographs is not allowed. While we support parental rights, breastfeeding content is not permitted on this platform.
2. Sexual Exploitation of Adults
- Content that promotes or facilitates adult sexual exploitation is strictly forbidden. This includes:
- Prostitution, escort services, or human trafficking.
- Non-consensual sharing of intimate images (“revenge porn”).
- Example: Advertising “companionship services” that imply sexual acts or sharing intimate images of someone without their consent.
3. Depictions and Sexual Exploitation of Children
- Children under the age of 18 cannot be depicted as primary subjects or have a consistent focused presence in any content, even if fully clothed.
- Creators must ensure compliance with all child protection laws and obtain parental consent for any incidental appearances of minors.
- Any form of child sexual exploitation is a zero-tolerance violation and will be reported to law enforcement. This includes:
- Depictions or descriptions of child nudity, sexual activity, or grooming behaviors.
- Sharing images, videos, or written content involving minors in sexually suggestive or exploitative contexts.
- Example: Sharing photos of minors in compromising situations or using the platform to solicit inappropriate interactions with minors.
4. Illegal Activities
- Content promoting illegal activities, including drug use, production, or trafficking, is prohibited.
- Example: Advertising recreational drug sales or sharing instructions for making illegal substances.
- Content related to restricted countries, entities, or individuals under international sanctions is not allowed.
- Example: Promoting businesses or transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities.
5. Fraud and Deceptive Practices
- Fraudulent schemes and deceptive practices, including scams, pyramid schemes, or “get rich quick” offers, are prohibited.
- Example: Advertising fake giveaways that request personal information or promoting investments with “guaranteed returns.”
6. Restricted Goods and Services
- Prohibited content includes the promotion of:
- Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and related paraphernalia.
- Firearms, explosives, and weapons (and plans and materials to make or use them)
- Gambling services or unlicensed lotteries.
- Nutraceuticals and supplements and making unverified health claims.
- Legal services, government services, or fake IDs.
- Example: Selling firearms without proper licensing, creating plans for 3-D printed firearms, or advertising an unregulated supplement claiming to cure diseases.
7. Financial and Business Restrictions
- Content promoting restricted financial services is not allowed, including:
- Lending, credit repair, peer-to-peer lending, or debt relief programs.
- Example: Offering high-interest payday loans or advertising “credit repair services” with upfront fees.
8. Harassment and Hateful Conduct, Graphic Violence
- Bullying, harassment, and targeted abuse of individuals are strictly prohibited.
- Example: Sending repeated offensive messages to another user or posting derogatory comments about someone’s appearance.
- Hate speech and discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age are not tolerated.
- Example: Posting memes mocking individuals with disabilities or using racial slurs.
- Radicalized or Terrorist Content: Any material that supports terrorism, promotes violence, or endorses radical ideologies is prohibited.
- Intense and graphic violence is not allowed on our platform. We reserve the right to remove videos or images that depict graphic violence, even if related to public events.
9. Privacy Violations
- Sharing personal or private information about others without their consent is not permitted.
- Example: Posting someone’s phone number, address, or financial details without permission.
10. Intellectual Property
- Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
- Example: Uploading movies, music, or books without authorization, or using another brand’s logo without permission.
11. Self-Injury and Mental Health
- Prohibited Content: Glorification or encouragement of self-injury, including eating disorders, is not allowed.
- Permitted Content: Content that references self-injury or eating disorders for the purpose of raising awareness or directing viewers to support resources is allowed.
- Creators must handle these topics with sensitivity and include disclaimers or links to support organizations where appropriate.
By participating in this community, you contribute to a positive and secure space for everyone. Thank you for upholding these standards responsibly.
Respect the Platform & Community Interventions
Healthy communities are those where participants engage in good faith and with an assumption of good faith for others. Popshoplive may, at its discretion, intervene to end a show or suspend an account when it believes it is in the best interest of the community or the platform. This should happen rarely, but when it does, our goal is to keep the platform inclusive and give the seller a chance to cool off and become compliant with our guidelines.
If issues continue to occur, Popshoplive may step in with actions to resolve issues. Next steps will be assessed and sometimes pure education of the party involved will help, but these actions could potentially include warnings, show monitoring and moderating, account suspension, as well as account deletion. We hope permanent actions will never become necessary, but we reserve the right to take such actions when extreme situations warrant them.
